Every venue shows where its data came from, when it was last checked, and how confident we are. Unverified data says so, plainly. No green ticks it has not earned.

Read the whole menu before you go, with the gluten-free items marked. Filter for 100% gluten-free kitchens, or for travel stops on a regional WA drive.

Australian labels, decoded

Scan a barcode and check ingredients against Australian (FSANZ) labelling rules, or paste an ingredient list or a menu. The app will always tell you to read the physical label too.

Reviews and reaction reports

Review the venues you eat at, and report a gluten reaction so other people know. Add a venue or a product we do not have yet.

Safety claims are high stakes when you eat gluten free, so every claim in GutenGluten carries its sources, a confidence level and a last-verified date, and climbs a ladder before it earns your trust.

Anything not re-checked within 90 days is automatically queued for re-verification.
